Sales Outbound Executive at Lenco Technology Limited

Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive Sales Outbound Executive to drive revenue growth and support customer acquisition.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential business customers, introducing them to Lenco’s digital banking solutions, and converting prospective leads into active clients. 
• This role is highly performance-driven and requires strong outbound prospecting, pitching, and closing of small- to medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads through scouting, cold calls and networking.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through active follow up
• Deliver compelling product pitches and demos tailored to prospect requirements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in the CRM
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead quality and improve customer acquisition strategies.
• Stay updated on Lenco’s product features, competitive landscape and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or related field ( Preferred but not mandatory)
• 2-5 years of sales, telemarketing or business development experience
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
• Time Management and organization skills
• Strong problem solving mindset with a customer first approach.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
