Sales Operations Manager at Levitikal Group

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain sales process with Sales team to ensure that sales targets are achieved
• Partner with Sales teams to create and maintain sales forecast, models and data to support management in making vital decisions
• Generate sales leads and develop business partnership expansion strategy to bring in more business partners as well as support sales team to close deals
• Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Business Review reports/presentations to Top Management
• Totally coordinate the activities related to sales from sales generation, customers service interface and logistics and delivery

Requirements

• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales, finance, operations a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Operations role
• MS Office skills with expertise in excel 
• Experience and track record of successfully implementing, administering, and managing Sales Operations processes and tools
• Experience coordinating with multiple business functions to develop new services and solutions
• Ability to identify the business needs driving internal requests and translating into compelling solutions for our Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong cross-team collaboration skills
