    Sales Operations / Business Intelligence Manager

    Job Description

    • Execute functions related to: Business Analytics, Business reviews, Trade stock reporting & management, Performance management, Business Reporting, Insight Provision, and Budget execution management
    • Handle Bottom-up Demand Planning, S&OP Cycle management, Data analytics and inferencing, and Market insights.
    • Deliver profitability and sustainability of the business by ensuring insight led bottom-up planning and sales execution in line with the plan across all division.
    • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive business intelligence strategy.
    • Design, implement, and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between sales, marketing, finance, and customer support.
    • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales productivity.
    • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to provide actionable insights for key stakeholders. Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks through data analysis and market research
    • Planned and executed daily order invoicing and route to market operations of the divisional business.
    • Prepare customer’s monthly outlook target & full year budget settings with analytical strategies to deliver execution.
    • Drive the team with daily, monthly, quarterly and year-to-date performance analysis to aid decisions on KPIs to focus concentration.
    • Work closely with the commercial leadership to improve, simplify, develop, and implement sales process that will increase productivity and efficiency.
    • Drive and monitor divisional value growth through revenue growth management.
    • Manage inventory, set depletion & replenishment plans to put stock level at minimum benchmark and sustain run rate to deliver the month’s plan.
    • Manage the operations of the regional business with day-to-day tracking with data visualization techniques.
    • Anticipate financial impact from operational issues and work with leadership team to provide solutions.
