    Sales Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • ⁠Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
    • ⁠Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • ⁠Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.
    • ⁠Build a strong pipeline of leads through cold calls, emails, referrals, and networking.
    • ⁠Educate potential clients about our products and services, highlighting their benefits and unique features.
    • ⁠Provide personalized consultations to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • ⁠Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
    • ⁠Work closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
    • ⁠Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress within the CRM system.
    • ⁠Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategies for improvement.

    Requirements

    • ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
    • ⁠3-5years of proven experience in sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.

    ⁠Skills and Competencies

    • ⁠Strong understanding of financial products and services, including credit and debit card offerings.
    • ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • ⁠Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • ⁠Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
    • ⁠Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
