Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Officer at Smilesdotcom.
• The Sales Officer will be responsible for customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales.
• Some work from home is acceptable, but the role is primarily located in Lagos.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills
• Channel Sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
