    Sales Officer (Professional Services)

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Officer will be responsible for acquiring new clients and strategically selling our Consultancy and Advisory solutions.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Identify and drive new prospects.
    • Familiarize self thoroughly on our services and products, and target markets.
    • Develop, implement and monitor strategies to make sales with new customers and to expand markets while keeping a strict focus on building customer retention rates.
    • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
    • Convert viable prospects into active clients; heading the full sales conversation and negotiation, through to the transition of new clients.
    • Continually build an encouraging pipeline of relevant prospects to deliver against your sales metrics ensuring KPIs are met.
    • Client relationship management; respond to customer complaints and resolve them as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
    • Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement sales techniques to sell the company’s services.

    Job Skills & Qualifications

    • HND/BSc in any relevant field
    • Two to three years of Sales experience
    • Impeccable customer service skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations to clients
    • Proficient with sales applications and MS office suites
    • Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
    • Persuasion and negotiation skill
    • Expert in time management
    • Organized work ethic
    • Proven track record in sales environment
    • Ability to meet and/or exceed target
