    Sales Officer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, expanding our customer base, and maintaining strong relationships within the Nigerian IT market.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
    • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and purchasing habits.
    • Present, promote, and sell IT products and services to customers.
    • Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by the company.
    • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and distribution teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT products or a related field.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding of the Nigerian IT market and distribution channels.
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
