Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the electronics and gadgets sector.
• Promote and sell the company’s products, providing detailed information and guidance to customers on features, benefits, and uses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to keep management informed on performance.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electronics or gadgets industry.
• Strong knowledge of electronics and technology products, with the ability to explain technical features to customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
