About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of skincare, perfumes, room sprays, and diffusers
• Meet and exceed set targets
• Demonstrate proper use of skincare and fragrance products
• Cross ‑ sell, up ‑ sell, and link ‑ sell products
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves
• Advise customers on skincare routines
• Provide weekly and monthly activity reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 – 4 years proven sales experience (luxury, retail, or lifestyle preferred)
• Strong field and practical sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset
• Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
