Job Summary

• The Sales Merchandiser will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling ourclient'sBNPL product directly to customers at point-of-sale locations.
• This role requires engaging customers, explaining the benefits of our client's BNPL solution, assisting them through the checkout process, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualification & Requirments

• Minimum of SSCE / OND in relevant fields

Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or customer service roles.
• Experience with financial products, especially BNPL services, is an advantage.

Skills:

• Strong sales and persuasion skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using mobile devices and familiarity with digital applications.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Training & Development:

• Comprehensive training on the BNPL product and checkout platform.
• Ongoing coaching and support to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
