Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, energetic, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Traineesto support the sales and business development activities of our telecom services business.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for marketing telecom solutions, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• The trainees will be exposed to practical field marketing, customer acquisition, products/servicespromotion, market intelligence gathering, and sales support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market the company’s telecom products and services to prospective clients.
• Support customer acquisition and lead generation activities.
• Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing marketing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
• Follow up on prospects and maintain customer relationship records.
• Support digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Attend sales meetings, client visits, and networking events as assigned.
• Prepare periodic sales and activity reports.
• Maintain proper knowledge of company products/services and industry trends.
• Support the team in achieving sales and revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

• B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or Upper Credit.
• Fresh graduate with 0 - 1 year experience.
• Strong interest in telecom sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Must be proactive, confident, and target-driven.
• Must reside around Lekki Phase 1 or its environs.
• Female candidates are preferably encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must be 28 years old or below.
