Sales/Marketing Manager at Devtek

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Negotiating and closing deals with key prospects
• Developing effective marketing strategies to achieve the given budget
• Achieve targets & ensure steady monthly revenue generation from existing consultants, upselling with new products, and pricing.
• Ability to conduct market analysis, identifying opprtunities,strengths, weakness and threats to the business
• Work closely and give market feedback to the product team regarding our products and solutions and how we should devlop
• Present sales and revenue forecasts to the management team and update the management team on your progress and successes
• Experience in deploying and managing sales outlets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years' experience in fast paced B2B sales, with at least 2+ years managing sales teams.
• BS/MS degree in Business Administration/Engineering or a related field.
• Sound understanding of the services and products offered by the Company.
• History of negotiating and closing large ticket deals, ideally selling products and service to individuals, SMEs and large business sectors
• Experience in CRM applications, able to analyse the data to maximise the activities of your team
• Strong business sense and industry expertise of selling products into large business
• Sound understanding of the products and services offered by the company
