Sales / Marketing Executive at CDV Properties & Development Limited

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Follow-up with leads to increase sales
• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
• Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
• Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties and the surrounding neighbourhood.

Requirements

• A minimum of OND from a tertiary institution.
• 1 - 3 years work experience.
• Past sales experience is preferred; Able to show track record in a sales role.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation and networking skills
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation and drive
• Show good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite of applications.
• Proximity to Lekki / VI environs.

Remuneration
N80,000 Monthly plus commission on sales.
