The Sales Manager will lead our sales team in Surulere, Lagos, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also advise the company on sales strategies and build their own high-performing sales team.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess a strong background in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. A deep understanding of the construction or related industry is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM software and advanced sales training certifications are considered a plus.
Requirements
