    Sales Manager

    Position Overview

    • We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with Track Record, who will be responsible for Supervising and Organizing our sales team.
    • You will oversee managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our Marketing department on lead generation.
    • You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, individual sales targets, facilitate training of salespeople.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the Organization. Plans concept by studying design brief and requirements.
    • Developing Specific Plans to ensure growth both long and short term.
    • Managing the Sales team within order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate set goals.
    • Educating sales team with Presentation of strategies, seminar, and regular meetings.
    • Identifies new customers, engaging with and presenting new revenue lines.
    • Provide executive level presentation at customers and prospect meetings.
    • Provide accurate and timely forecasts using appropriate sales tools and processes and maintains all relevant information about customers, prospects, campaigns and leads etc.
    • Conduct layout adjustment
    • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images
    • Responsible for architecting and defining the Front-end framework to solve complex designs and interactions that reflect the creative and art direction provide
    • Responsible for creation of all coded Front-end deliverables
    • Participates in developing supporting proposal materials for projects
    • Participates in scoping and planning work

    Minimum Requirements

    • MSc/BSc in Economics, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Business Administration.
    • 7+ years above in a FinTech Company.
    • Proven Track record of successful, excellent, communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Good Computer skill, Familiarity with MS-office suite (Outlook, Excel and word, PowerPoint) S.
    • Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
    • Good time-management skills
    • Experience working with a Marketing & Communications Team.
    • Ability to Prioritize and work to tight deadlines as needed.
