    Sales Manager Track & Trace (Product Serialization)

    • Afrihealth Limited is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Manager specializing in Track & Trace and Serialization solutions.
    • This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of health tech innovation, driving sales and shaping the future of healthcare technology.

    What You'll Do:

    Strategic Sales Leadership:

    • Devise and implement cutting-edge sales strategies for our Track & Trace and Serialization solutions.
    • Partner with senior management to establish ambitious sales targets and objectives.

    In-Depth Market Research:

    • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitor strategies.
    • Leverage these insights to refine product development and meet customer needs.

    Targeted Client Acquisition:

    • Proactively engage with potential clients, tailoring our Track & Trace and Serialization solutions to their unique requirements.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

    Engaging Product Presentation:

    • Articulately present the benefits and features of our solutions through compelling demonstrations and presentations.
    • Address client queries, ensuring a complete understanding of our technology's capabilities.

    Innovative Proposal Development:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals, quotes, and contracts that resonate with client needs and adhere to industry standards.

    What Sets You Apart:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3 to 5 years of sales experience, specifically in selling Track & Trace and Serialization solutions within the health tech industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of Track & Trace technologies, Serialization, and relevant industry regulations.
    • Strong understanding of the sales process with a record of exceeding sales targets.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
    • Familiarity with the Track & Trace manufacturing outlook – a significant plus.
    • Background in the health industry (advantageous, but not essential).
