    Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales function, developing growth strategies, and driving revenue across the logistics business.
    • You will manage key accounts, oversee the sales team, and ensure targets are consistently met through effective planning, client acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
    • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs within the logistics sector
    • Build and manage strong client relationships while overseeing key account activities
    • Lead and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement
    • Prepare and present periodic sales reports and forecasts to senior management

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an added advantage)
    • 4–7 years’ experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or FMCG
    • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and driving business growth
    • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Ability to make data-driven decisions using CRM tools and sales analytics.

    Salary
    NGN 700,000 - N800,000 Monthly.
