About the Role
- We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ibadan.
- The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of online shipping products like perfume,gardget, footwears, clothes, proven sales experience, and excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Must be based in Ibadan.
Compensation Package
- Basic Salary: N140,000 monthly
- Performance Bonus: N60,000
- Daily Transport Allowance: N2,500
- Call Card Allowance: N500 weekly.
