• Assist sales associates in closing complex transactions
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role
• Ability to manage a team and provide guidance and feedback to staff
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
