Sales Manager

As a SalesAs a Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team
- Set sales goals, monitor performance & provide coaching
- Drive lead generation and client conversion
- Collaborate with marketing for campaign success
- Prepare and present sales reports to leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales leadership (real estate preferred)
- Strong leadership, team management & coaching skills
- Results-driven with a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation & reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
