    Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    Sales & Revenue Generation

    • Drive the acquisition of new corporate and retail clients across Lagos.
    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
    • Present and market Markfema health plans to key decision-makers.

    Team Leadership & Management

    • Recruit, mentor, and supervise Lagos-based sales executives.
    • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure productivity.
    • Organize regular sales meetings and training sessions.
    • Motivate and guide the team toward achieving collective targets.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
    • Resolve client challenges promptly and effectively.
    • Conduct periodic client visits and satisfaction checks.

    Market Research & Strategy

    • Analyze the Lagos health insurance market and competition.
    • Develop tailored sales strategies for different client segments.
    • Provide timely feedback and insights to management for planning and decision-making.

    Reporting & Documentation

    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions.
    • Ensure proper documentation of all sales activities.

    Requirements & QualificationsMust-Have:

    • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in HMO, Insurance, or Healthcare sales.
    • Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
    • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a sales team.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong knowledge of Lagos business environment and corporate structures.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience selling health plans to corporate organizations.
    • Existing network of corporate clients in Lagos.
    • Ability to design and execute effective sales strategies.
