Job Description

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Desgn and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customerbase and ensure it's strong presence.
• Build and promote strong,long - lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Own reqruiting, Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Identify emerging markets and market shift why beingfully aware of new products and competition status.
• Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecast to the management team.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
