Role Overview

We are seeking to hire an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, expanding market share, nurturing client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets across assigned territories and product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG market.
• Support the development and execution of effective sales and distribution strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and trade partners.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts, presentations, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue and market penetration targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years’ proven sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to excel in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
