    Sales Manager

    Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to actively engage prospective and retain/manage existing clients and drive revenue growth.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in closing deals, revenue drive, sales leadership, and strategy development.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
    • Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships at the C-level with key customers and partners
    • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies
    • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers in all sectors.
    • Achieve sales targets at all times.
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, tracksales, and status reports.
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Keep a breast of best practices andp romotional trends in the industry.

    Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

    • Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
    • 7-10 years’ experience with a proven track record in sales and ICT sales.
    • Proven sales leadership experience.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager,or Sales Account Manager.
    • Good knowledge of sales of ICT solutions and the industry.
    • Good knowledge of the use of CRM tools.
    • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
