Sales Manager at Fadac Resources

Job Purpose

• We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of a premium pre-owned luxury watch business.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue growth across the pre-owned watch portfolio.
• Source quality pre-owned watches and develop new acquisition opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and collectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Oversee sales performance and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Contribute to the overall commercial strategy and growth of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, watches, jewellery, or a related premium sector.
• Strong sales and business development track record.
• Good knowledge of luxury/pre-owned watches and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work with high-value clientele.
