Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role where the Sales Manager will work primarily at our Owerri location but with the flexibility to work from home on occasion.
• The Sales Manager will lead the sales team to achieve sales goals, manage customer relationships, develop sales strategies, and consistently generate new business through effective sales techniques and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Sales Management skills, including strategic planning and goal setting, and team management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven success in developing and implementing effective sales strategies that bolster revenue growth
• Experience in online education, e-learning or other related fields is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
