Minimum of 4 years and proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in financial services or technology solutions.
Experience with payroll and financial services is a significant advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-driven with a record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Familiarity with the Payroll and HR community and a network of contacts is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations as needed.
Job role
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through various means, including cold calls, emails, and networking.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Earnipay’s products or services to communicate the benefits to customers effectively.
Sales Presentations: Create tailored proposals and quotes, conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.
Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals and contract negotiation to achieve sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM and provide regular reports to management.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, providing post-sale support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and enhance product offerings.
