Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager.
• The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating and managing budgets, building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales leads, and conducting market research.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Strong sales and marketing skills, including the ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Experience in budgeting and financial management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
