Qualifications

• First Degree in any discipline
• Applicant must have seven years cognate experience in biscuit producing company
• Applicants must have a huge customers base
• Applicant must have knowledge of the major market in major cities in Nigeria
• Applicant must be analytic
• Applicants must understand the dynamics of FMCG business thoroughly.
• Applicants must be extremely sales driven
• Applicant must be able to build the sales structure of our organization to an appreciable level
• Applicant must be able to do a workable SOP for the Sales executives under him
• Applicants must be able to meet sales target and surpass it as well.
• Applicant must have expertise in developing sales strategies
• Applicants must know how to build a sales team that is result oriented.
• Good knowledge of excel and word are required
• Applicants must know how to collect customer's feedback and carry out market research on them.
