    Sales Manager

    Job description

    • Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for real estate and infrastructure development? Join our dynamic team at Adkan Services Nigeria Limited, a reputable construction and property development company, as we seek to hire a Sales Manager who will lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet the company’s revenue goals.
    • Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
    • Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
    • Monitor market trends and competitors to refine sales approaches.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and present to management.
    • Work with marketing and project teams to develop effective promotional strategies.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or construction.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
