    Sales Lead

    Role summary:

    • We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales and revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities. If you understand SaaS/Enterprise products and have great communication and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you!

    Role Deliverables:

    Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Find and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, personal relationships, and market research.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

    Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

    • Conduct product presentations and software demos for potential clients.
    • Clearly explain the benefits and features of our SaaS solutions, tailoring the presentation to the audience's needs.

    Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Engage with clients throughout the sales process and beyond.

    Negotiation and Closing:

    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales deals.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

    Market Analysis:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and potential product improvements.

    Sales Reporting:

    • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the product team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing satisfaction for new clients.

    What we are looking for:

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • Proven success in sales, preferably in the SaaS or Enterprise software industry.
    • Strong understanding of SaaS or Enterprise products and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

    Skills:

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
