Sales Lead Manager at Rally Trade

Responsibilities

• Conversion of leads to clients through an interactive sales process
• Follow up on leads and prospects to a logical conclusion
• Creating and developing brand awareness
• Placing calls to clients and Clients support
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.

Candidate Requirements (Skills and Experience)

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year work experience.
• Excellent sales pitch skills
• IT and Math skills
• Ambition and determination
• Ability to persuade and communicate.
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a high-stress environment
• Very good negotiation skills
• Must be a strong communicator, self-starter with great organizational skills, self-motivated with passion for financial markets.
