Habeebat is Nigeria’s premier halal e-commerce platform created to tackle the market gap within the Nigerian market for halal products. At Habeebat, we create access to the market for the most estimable halal products which include gifts, fashion items, prayer items, etc. with the concrete ambition of becoming the market leader in trade and E-commerce on the continent. We are currently, seeking a sales intern to join the team to assist in the expansion of our business and to meet the needs of our clientele.

Role:  Sales Intern

Experience: Must have at least 1-year experience in selling FCMG

Job Description:

• Assists in identifying New Sales Opportunities
• Must be ready and willing to learn
• Present, promote and sell the brands product to new customers
• Assists in Maintaining Business and Customer Relationships
• Participate on behalf of the company in events and exhibitions conferences
• Assist in maintaining order at the offline store
• Handle customer objections and resolve issues.
• Reach out to customers and new leads through cold calling and WhatsApp.
• Expedite the resolution of customers problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to achieve results

Requirements

• Proficiency in English
• Good Working Knowledge of Ms-office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Understanding of Marketing and Negotiating Techniques
• Fast learner and passion for Sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Social Media Savvy
• Proximity to the Island will be an added advantage.
