    Sales Executives

    Brief Description

    • The sales & marketing officer will be responsible for the company’s product and services to new and existing clients. Also determine the best strategy to increase customer purchase.
    • The personnel is also responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to identify new market for the company’s product.
    • Explain to prospective clients about the advantages of the products offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
    • Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
    • Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
    • Develop business plans in coordination with the organizational goal to achieve revenue goals.
    • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
    • Prepare reports to include daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly Sales reports
    • Follow up, negotiate, win the customer and win the business
    • Responsible for Developing own territory, cold calls, sales plan, meeting and exceeding sales target.
    • Shall be responsible for the sales and marketing of the company’s products and services across the state.
    • Achieve individual sales target
    • Identify new opportunities for sales drive across the state.
    • Develop, implement and execute marketing initiative and activities for effective brand positioning in the market.
    • Monitor the market trend with view to maintaining and increasing the company’s share of the market in the assigned state/region.
    • Develop new market and drive sales to generate revenue.
    • Source and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
    • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
    • Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
    • Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
    • Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
    • Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience.

    Remuneration
    N50,000 Monthly.
