    Sales Executives- Edo

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Present and promote products or services to customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    • Conduct market research to identify new trends and competitor activities.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and transactions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
    • Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and product performance.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree/HND/OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
