    Sales Executives

    About the Role:

    As the Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in accelerating sales performance, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships. You’ll be responsible for promoting and selling our premium cashew products to a diverse clientele, while contributing to long-term business growth.

     Key Responsibilities:

    Sales & Revenue Generation

    • Drive sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
    • Ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets and distribution channels.

    Market Expansion & Brand Promotion

    • Expand the customer base by onboarding new distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
    • Explore new markets and open untapped territories.
    • Execute promotional campaigns and support in-store activations.

    Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and retail partners.
    • Provide timely after-sales support and resolve client issues effectively.

    Merchandising & Visibility

    • Supervise in-store merchandisers to ensure optimal product placement and display.
    • Track competitor activity and share actionable insights.

    Reporting & Territory Management

    • Submit regular sales reports and market feedback.
    • Analyze sales data to drive strategy.
    • Effectively manage your territory and optimize route planning.

    Compliance & Documentation

    • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 4–6 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the FMCG sector.
    • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding of sales pipelines and CRM tools.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
