    Sales Executive

    About the job:

    • The Sales Agent is responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging with them to understand their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. This role involves building strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and secure 7-8 new business clients within three months.
    • Conduct outbound activities: cold calls, emails, and networking.
    • Use CRM tools to track leads and manage sales activities.
    • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
    • Provide weekly progress updates and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Attend weekly reviews and adapt strategies for better results.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in sales or B2B transactions.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
    • Focus on lead generation through direct outreach, networking, and partnerships.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem, including terminologies and trends.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
    • Passion for building relationships and fostering a sense of belonging with customers.
