    Sales Executive

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and supporting business growth across our client’s products and services.
    • Candidates with a technical background are highly encouraged to apply, as the role requires strong product knowledge and the ability to engage with customers on technical solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
    • Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing excellent service and support.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions (engines, generators, and aftermarket services).
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
    • Collaborate with technical and service teams to design solutions tailored to customer requirements.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in line with company policies.
    • Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market developments.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports in the CRM system.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • BSc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably within the power, energy, or industrial sectors.
    • Strong technical background (engineering or technical sales experience preferred).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is an added advantage.
