Job Description

• We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and closing sales deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain client records.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
• 1 – 3 years proven experience in real estate or property sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
