    Sales Executive

    MedicalMart Ng, a subsidiary of Grafil Medical is a retailer of Medical Consumables, Furniture, Lab, and Diagnostic Equipment.

    Job Description
    We are looking for experienced marketing executives who are business-minded and target driven. The marketing executives will oversee the implementation of marketing plans to drive sales, advertising opportunities, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate for the role must have an in-depth understanding of the business and must be able to provide information on our services to prospective clients while resolving any emerging problems customers might experience.
    Responsibilities

    • Develop a growth strategy with a focus on financial gain and customer satisfaction
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
    • Keep records of sales, revenue, and invoices
    • Keep records of stock and inventory 
    • Provide feedback and after-sales reports
    • Identify and implement strategic methods and processes for attracting new customers
    • Coordinate daily customer service operations by liaising with Customers and initiating usage of feedback channels.
    • Identify and attend to customer's needs to achieve customer satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
    • Generate sales leads and close deals for new businesses
    • Meet new business acquisition and sales targets
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
    • Keep records of customer interactions

    Qualification
    Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    Requirement

    • Must be able to meet sales targets
    • Accomplished written and verbal communication skills  
    • Proven customer support experience
    • Strong telephone etiquette and advanced listening skills
    • Ability to use initiative and work with little to no supervision
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different personality types
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
    • Result-Oriented
    • Strong networking and presentation skills

    Salary

    Basic salary + Commission 
    Start Date
    Immediately
