    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting company products, increasing sales within assigned territories, and building strong customer relationships to support business growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective customers within assigned territories
    • Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key customers
    • Monitor stock availability, collect market feedback, and prepare daily sales reports
    • Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment

    Requirements

    • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • 1 - 2 years' experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG industry
    • Strong knowledge of field sales, route-to-market operations, and customer relationship management
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to meet sales targets
    • Must be proactive, result-oriented, and willing to travel within assigned sales territories.
