    Sales Executive - Solar Energy

    About the job

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in the solar energy industry. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sales experience working with reputable solar companies in Nigeria and possess a strong track record of driving business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and secure new business opportunities for solar products including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and hybrid systems.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
    • Build, nurture, and manage strong client relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
    • Conduct product presentations and provide tailored solutions to meet customer energy needs.
    • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for business strategy.
    • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and prepare periodic performance reports.
    • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./HND) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years proven sales experience in the solar energy industry in Nigeria.
    • Previous experience with leading renewable energy companies is required.
    • Strong technical understanding of solar energy products and solutions.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Target-driven, resilient, and able to work independently.
    • Willingness to travel within Lagos and across Nigeria as required.
