• A fast growing Real Estate company is looking to hire a sales executive, who will play a pivotal role in driving sales, fostering client’s relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company. 

Responsibilities

• Deploy relevant skills to generate quality leads 
• Conversion of leads generated to meet set financial target monthly
• Ensure client retainership by providing excellent customer service
• Effective management of existing client database for new business generation 
• Actively participate in sales campaigns and market storm activities to promote company’s products while contributing ideas to drive sales 
• Develop and implement robust follow-up procedures with prospects and clients – ensuring timely responses to concerns, inquiries, providing additional information when required and closing pipeline deals promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a sales executive, or related roles within the real estate industry and/or insurance.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to details.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of current market trends in real estate.
