    Sales Executive (Real Estate)

    Description

    • In this role, you will be responsible for driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall growth.
    • The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, communicates effectively, negotiates confidently, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    Market Intelligence:

    • Monitor real estate trends to identify new opportunities.
    • Provide clients with accurate insights and advice on investments.

    Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Actively source and engage potential clients through outreach, referrals, events, and digital platforms.
    • Build a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.

    Client Engagement & Conversion:

    • Present property investment opportunities to prospective clients.
    • Address inquiries and guide prospects through the sales process to closure.

    Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
    • Drive client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

    Sales Performance & Reporting:

    • Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
    • Provide timely updates and maintain accurate reports on pipeline activities and deal progress.

    Property Promotion & Site Coordination:

    • Organize and coordinate site visits and inspections.
    • Ensure property listings and promotional materials are up to date and professionally presented.

    Marketing Collaboration:

    • Work with the marketing team to support campaigns.
    • Contribute sales insights to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred).
    • 3 - 5 years proven experience in real estate, banking, or insurance sales.
    • Demonstrated track record of closing high-value property deals.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong understanding of the Lagos property market, including emerging areas and investment trends.
    • Ability to build and maintain a strong client network.
    • Proficiency in preparing and delivering sales proposals and investment presentations.
    • Self-motivated, confident, and well-organized with a results-driven mindset.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms (an advantage).

    Salary
    N300,000 / Month.
