Job Overview

• We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling company properties, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company properties to prospective clients
• Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
• Conduct property inspections/viewings and provide accurate information to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Basic knowledge of the real estate market is a plus.
