    Sales Executive Officer

    Job Description

    • Promote and sell the company’s real estate products and services
    • Identify and approach new prospects through various marketing strategies
    • Organize and lead site inspections with clients
    • Follow up on leads, negotiate offers, and close deals
    • Maintain excellent client relationships and provide after-sales support
    • Meet sales targets and prepare daily/weekly reports.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field
    • Prior experience in sales (real estate experience is an added advantage)
    • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
    • Self-driven and result-oriented
    • Must be confident, well-spoken, and presentable
    • Ability to work independently and in a team.
