Job Summary

• We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, conducting property presentations and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients property needs and recommend suitable options.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, reservation forms and other documentation.
• Provide regular market feedback and customer insights to the team.
• Schedule and conduct property inspections, site visits and clients presentation.

Requirements

• HND/ B.Sc. in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills
• Willing and able to travel as required by work and company needs
