    Sales Executive

    Summary

    What You’ll Do

    • Actively generate and convert quality leads via social media, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
    • Engage prospective clients with compelling presentations and property viewings.
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners.
    • Offer expert advice on real estate investments, market trends, and property options.
    • Close deals, exceed monthly sales targets, and boost revenue.
    • Create and execute strategic sales plans to drive consistent growth.
    • Stay informed on market developments, pricing, and legal updates.
    • Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 1 - 3 years of experience in sales (Real Estate experience is a BIG plus).
    • A persuasive communicator and confident negotiator.
    • Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
    • Smart, ambitious, self-driven, and target-oriented.
    • Comfortable dealing with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
    • Strong knowledge of real estate trends and sales techniques.
    • Able to work independently and within a team.
