    Sales Executive

    Role Description

    • This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Executive at Julshomes Property Development Company.
    • The Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting sales activities, developing business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
    • They will also play a key role in promoting Julshomes' real estate services and products.

    Qualifications

    • Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Understanding of the real estate industry and market trends
    • Ability to work with a team, independently and remotely
    • Experience in commercial or residential real estate sales is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
