    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • Responsible for generating and closing sales leads as well as we meet sales goals.
    • Responsible for managing incoming customer calls.
    • Assist customers with complaints and questions, provide customers with information about products and services as well as take orders, and process returns.
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
    • Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person.
    • Maintain a Strong understanding of the Company’s products and services

    Eduaction, Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field.
    • Minimum of 1-year work experience in customer service and sales.
    • Communication skills.
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
    • Strong Persuasion skills.
    • Great interpersonal skills.
